HIPAA-Compliant Virtual Visits
We offer secure HIPAA-compliant virtual visits (audio/video) and secure messaging with Dr. Lynn Allison for her established patients. She offers these visits for a limited number of medical conditions. Please call our office to see if your current medical need qualifies for a telehealth appointment.
Getting Started
- Open a web browser such as Safari or Chrome.
- Go to doxy.me/bransonclinic.
- Type in the patient name—the person Dr. Allison will be seeing.
- Select “Give access to camera and mic.”
- Select “Allow” for both the camera and microphone.
- You are now in the waiting room. Dr. Allison will join you at your scheduled appointment time or as soon as possible.
Payment Options
- For regular insurance, the patient portion owed is typically your normal office copay.
- We will bill your insurance and you are responsible for the patient portion according to your plan.
- For cash patients, fees are due at the time of service.
Scheduling Guidelines
- Dr. Allison provides virtual visits for established patients only.
- Only a limited number of medical conditions can be treated through this type of visit. Speak with our office to determine whether your concern qualifies.
- Virtual visits must be scheduled with Dr. Allison’s office and currently take place during normal office hours.
